Translator is a free mobile translation app, that allows you to translate words between four different languages: English, French, Spanish and Portuguese.
Using Translator is very easy and, unlike many other mobile translators, this one doesn't require an internet connection. Simply enter a word in any of the four supported languages, hit Search, then the translation of the word in all the other languages will appear. Searches with Translator are generally very quick.
Translator will tell you what class a certain word is (noun, adjective, verb, etc.), but it doesn't include a pronunciation guide, unfortunately. One neat feature of Translator is that, if you don't know the exact spelling of a word, you can just type the first few letters, and the program will display a suggestion of possible words you were looking for.
Translator isn't perfect and there are many words that it won't recognize. For instance, it's not very good at handling words that have more than one meaning, and it cannot translate complete phrases.
Nevertheless, if you want a free translator that doesn't need a data connection, Translator is worth a look.
